terms and conditions
The terms that apply to quotations and orders from Ramblaz BV. They apply to B2B transactions unless agreed otherwise in writing.
scope
These terms apply to all quotations, orders and deliveries by Ramblaz BV, Graethempoort 48, 3840 Borgloon, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you accept these terms.
quotations
Quotations are without obligation unless stated otherwise. Price, timing and specifications are based on the information you provide. Changes after confirmation may affect the price and delivery time.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
orders and production
An order only becomes binding after our written confirmation. Production starts after approval of the price, specifications and any samples or proofs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the files, logos and text you provide. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in supplied materials.
delivery
Delivery times are indicative unless we confirm a fixed deadline in writing. Delays caused by force majeure, transport or suppliers may affect the schedule. We will tell you as soon as possible.
Risk passes on delivery to the agreed address unless agreed otherwise.
payment
Invoices are payable within the stated period. In the event of late payment, we may charge statutory interest and collection costs, and suspend further deliveries.
complaints
You must report visible defects in writing within 8 days of delivery, with a clear description. Hidden defects must be reported as soon as possible after discovery.
If a complaint is justified, we will agree with you whether to repair, replace or provide appropriate compensation. Returns are only accepted with our approval.
liability
Our liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the order concerned, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or consequential loss.
intellectual property
Your trade marks and supplied files remain yours. Designs or templates we create remain the property of Ramblaz until payment has been made in full, unless agreed otherwise.
applicable law
These terms and all agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in the district where Ramblaz has its registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
