which data we process
When you register or complete a form, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, company, address where relevant, email address and phone number. We refer to this as registration data.
why we process data
We only use your data for the purpose for which we received it:
- To take part in Ramblaz activities, for the performance of the agreement.
- To send newsletters and invitations, with the data subject’s consent.
sharing with third parties
We may share data with third parties when this is necessary for the purposes above, for example to send newsletters and invitations.
We do not share personal data with parties unless we have a data processing agreement with them. We agree appropriate security measures with those parties.
We do not share data with other parties unless the law requires or permits it. For example, if the police request data as part of an investigation, we must cooperate.
We do not transfer personal data to parties outside the European Union.
retention period
Ramblaz keeps personal data for no more than 5 years after it was last used for the purpose for which it was provided, or for as long as the law requires.
